Eva Daley, a California woman who drove her son and his friends to fight a rival gang where a 13 year old boy was killed, claims she did nothing wrong.  Daley is charged with the murder of Jose “Bobby” Cano, though she states she did not know the boy died until the next day and that she did not know that Cano stabbed her son months prior to the attack. Closing arguments were scheduled to begin yesterday.
