After fleeing Cuba with his family as a young refugee in 1960, Vince Fornias grew up in New Orleans. He then attended Louisiana State University, graduating magna cum laude in History. He proceeded to its Law Center, where upon graduation he was selected to The Order of the Coif and later was inducted into its Hall of Fame. Following some two decades as a respected casualty trial lawyer, he transitioned to the mediation field. To date he has been involved in almost four-thousand mediations in several states.
