The practice of elder law requires attorneys to be a jack of all trades, from advising on how to handle assisted living and nursing care costs, to probate and marital issues, all during a time when clients are facing some of life’s most difficult personal choices on behalf of their families. In this new 2022 edition of Texas Elder Law, Professor Vaughn E. James draws on his long career specializing in these topics to deliver a comprehensive reference tool that will be invaluable to new and experienced practitioners alike.
