Andrea N. Capua is a partner with di Santi Watson Capua Wilson & Garrett, PLLC in Boone, North Carolina, where she practices in the areas of domestic, estate planning, real estate and business transactions. She has been practicing in the area of family law for over 20 years, a portion of which she was the attorney for DSS in Watauga County, NC. In addition to NC, she is also admitted to practice law in Florida and the U.S. District Court - Southern District of Florida. She graduated from Florida State University in 1983 and Florida International University in 1984, and obtained a J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 1987. Richard D. Stephens is a member of the Dozier Miller Law Group in Charlotte, where he practices family law with an emphasis on equitable distribution and support matters. He is a Board Certified Specialist in Family Law and is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, American College of Trial Lawyers, and Mecklenburg County Bar Association. Mr. Stephens earned an A.B. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and obtained a J.D. from Columbia University.
