Bonnie M. Braudway is a member of Marshall Williams & Gorham, LLP in Wilmington, North Carolina, where she focuses her practice on community association law. She acts as general counsel for associations and dedicates a significant portion of her practice to the collection of assessments. Ms. Braudway is a member of the Real Property Section and the Solo, Small Firm and General Practice Section of the North Carolina Bar Association. She is also a member of the Community Associations Institute and the New Hanover County Bar Association and serves on the board of directors for the Cape Fear Community Land Trust. Ms. Braudway earned a B.A., cum laude, from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and obtained a J.D., with honors, from Campbell Universitys Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law.
