The company’s app combines the simplicity and convenience of a handshake with the protection of a legal agreement. The product is dead simple (in a good way): select an agreement from Shake’s template library, sign the contract on your smartphone or tablet, send to other parties for signature. Boom. (That wasn’t hard, was it?) Abe and Shake are great examples of entrepreneurs using software to reduce friction and transactions costs from law, for the benefit of consumers.
