Cisselon Nichols Hurd

Cisselon Nichols Hurd knew that she wanted to practice law as early as 4th grade. Making her childhood dreams into reality, Cisselon graduated from the University of Texas and went on to work at the U.S. Department of Justice in the Attorney General’s honor program. She is now Senior Counsel for Shell Oil (where she also chairs the Diversity & Inclusiveness team), co-founded the UT Center for Women in Law, and last year won the Corporate Counselor of the Year Award at the Texas Minority Counsel Program conference. Her outstanding work on behalf of women and minorities helps to remove roadblocks and make the path to success easier for everyone.
