Catherine Alman MacDonagh

Catherine Alman MacDonagh is an innovator and instigator in the legal space. She founded the Legal Lean Sigma Institute, a pioneering program that provides certifications in process improvement and project management specifically designed for lawyers. She also developed the Legal WorkOut, a methodology for improving collaboration and team efficiency in the legal environment. A former corporate lawyer and law firm executive, Catherine is an adjunct professor at Suffolk University Law School and George Washington University’s Master’s in Law Firm management program. She is also a published author, and is currently preparing her 11th book submission. Catherine’s accomplishments don’t end there; she is also a founder of both the Coalition of Professional Services Providers and the Legal Sales and Service Organization.
