Fastcase Announces Full Docket Alarm Integration with Courtroom Insight

Expands Analytics and Insights Capabilities Across both Platforms

Washington, DC (October 18, 2021) – Fastcase and Courtroom Insight today announced their partnership to integrate Fastcase’s Docket Alarm with the Courtroom Insight knowledge management solution. As part of this integration, more than 500 million state and federal litigation dockets and documents within Docket Alarm – the largest database of its kind – will be mapped to expert witness and judicial profiles within Courtroom Insight.

The integration expands the data and analytics capacities of the largest docket tracking service and the most powerful expert witness and arbitration platform. “We are building API bridges within the legal tech community, knowing that the litigation record contains a robust dossier on thousands of expert witnesses. Marrying these data sources ultimately helps law firms make better decisions on expert witnesses,” said Docket Alarm founder and Fastcase VP of Analytics Michael Sander.

Courtroom Insight, the leading litigation knowledge management solution, has become an essential tool for AmLaw 200 law firms to integrate private firm information with other critical data from a variety of public and subscription sources. The deepening of the partnership with Docket Alarm empowers law firms to supplement and analyze critical information about expert witnesses and judges in their private digital environments. “By partnering with a leading state analytics and data provider like Docket Alarm, we are able to increase the value of our system,” said Mark Torchiana, Co-founder and CEO of Courtroom Insight. “It’s exciting to work with innovative partners that value integrating into the customers’ preferred workflow.”

Courtroom Insight and Docket Alarm will unveil the integration at the ARK Group KM Legal 2021 Conference taking place from Oct. 19-20 in New York City.
