Many executives have stories about working their way up, but Kevin Marmion has worked his way all the way up over his 40+ years at William S. Hein & Co. Kevin started at the company in 1970 as a part-time hand in the warehouse while he was in high school. As President, Marmion has been responsible for overseeing the operation of every division of the Hein Company including library services, traditional print products, microfilm, digital services and electronic services. In May 2000, under Marmion’s tutelage, the Hein Company launched HeinOnline, the company’s most successful product ever, moving the company from its traditional roots into the digital age.
