Robert M. DeWitty is a registered U.S. Patent Attorney with more than 15 years of experience in the field of Intellectual Property Rights Acquisition, Litigation, and Pre-litigation/Settlement. He was formerly a legal consultant at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and an Intellectual Property (IP) specialist at Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Robert has also served as a patent examiner and attorney advisor in the United States Patent and Trademark Office, where he examined over 300 patent applications.
